Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rimbo, Sweden.
To ensure that we can deliver your order correctly, it is important that you provide the correct name, address, and other delivery information when completing your purchase.
keepclose.se is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally processed on business days, Monday to Friday.
The estimated delivery time within Sweden is usually 1–3 business days from the date the order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as high volumes handled by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking number, allowing you to easily track your package.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us.
Delays
We always do our best to deliver your order within the stated delivery time.

Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
If you wish to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, please contact us before the package is returned to us.
